What people say…

“Pantomath. He has wide ranging philosophical interests, a deep appreciation for science, metaphysics, and inventive spirituality. Tim is that rare combination of great fun and great ideas. He is a story teller and a story listener. Tim is simply one of the most amazing humans I have had the great pleasure to know.” – Deb, Ph.D.

“I have know Tim Sinnett for twenty years.  I was a client, then could not resist becoming a friend. Tim is the finest person in the sense that he is of such high caliber …. exceedingly intelligent, full of compassion, in possession of many healing skills connecting the physical/emotional/ psychological/spiritual aspects of life experience, and to boot, he is a talented writer. I know he is devoted, kind, caring, responsible, creative, trustworthy, an all around accomplished person and I  watched him be the most loving husband and father.” – Nancy

“Tim is a great listener and has a unique ability to ask the right questions.  With his expertise, guidance, and support I was able to shift a number of unhealthy habits/patterns and feel better than I have in years.” – Tracy

“I first met Tim at a restaurant in Seattle, and after a few months, I started working with him. We had a blast. We talked and laughed, and he was genuinely concerned about how some stressful things in my life were negatively affecting me. I love Tim like family. He is family to me.” – Maged

“Tim helped to see the connection between my back pain and my emotions. He helped me see that when my nervous system was at an elevated state, those were the times that my back pain seemed to act up. Working with Tim has not only helped my back pain but also helped me to be more aware of my emotions. I just ran a half marathon again for the first time in about 5 years. I had to text Tim on the way home because that is something I never thought I would be able to do again. Thanks for Everything Tim.” – Chris E.

“You know in sports movies when the team is down at halftime and the coach comes in and gives the rousing speech that changes everyone’s perspective and gets them back in the game? I was that team and Tim was that coach. If you’re in physical pain, emotional pain, or dealing with some combination of both like I was, Tim can be your trusted guide out of it. I went from feeling irredeemably broken to training for my first half marathon in a matter of months with Tim’s help.

Everyone has a moment where life has them down 2-0. Lucky for me I met Tim who, with all his gentle wisdom, helped me get out of my head and out of pain so I could make my comeback.” – Patrick N.

“Just to preface this, I was never someone who actively sought therapy…
While I respected the idea of stronger mental health, and always appreciated the importance of the therapist profession, my upbringing left me with the stigma that, “I don’t need therapy.”

During the pandemic I developed some very unhealthy habits, the results of
which left my neural circuits in a constant state of fight-or-flight, and after
many doctors and many tests proving nothing was “wrong” with me, I turned to therapy and was introduced to Tim.

Tim never poked or prodded—demanded or suggested. He simply let me talk and guided the conversation, not as a doctor would, but as a friend would. He held a mirror up to a lot of the neurosis I had developed because of my ailment, and made me understand why I do some things a certain way. And then he helped me to understand the habits i had developed were unhealthy to my mental health, and helped to guide me on a journey towards a healthier mind and body living.

I ramble, I talk a thousand words a minute, I am very animated and move
around a lot when I talk, and Tim saw through my smoke and mirrors to get
me to talk the most honestly I have about myself. And to say it was all a
mental journey would be misleading, as Tim helped to aid along my physical wellness recovery with suggestions of where else I should be looking internally, and who else I could speak to to provide me the life I once had.

My journey might not be done, but I’m grateful to have walked a large path of it with Tim, and I’m thankful to him for providing for me when everyone else would not, or could not.” – D.V.

“Tim’s insights have changed the direction of my life for the better. Tim knows how to cater advice to fit my unique life outlook. I’ve worked with many people over the years, and Tim is definitely one of the best in his field.” – Josiah N.

“Tim is truly a phenomenal man and amazing at the work he does! I had struggled with pain, and the accompanying anxiety, for over a decade when I first connected with Tim.  I had given up many of my passions involving movement and performance, thininking I’d never be able to do them again. However, over an eight month period Tim helped me overcome the pain-fear cycle my brain was stuck in. As a former coach and high level athlete myself, Tim was able to relate to many of the things I was going through and also what I was wanting to get back to. He’s a wonderful listener and provided sound advice/feedback to help me get over the mental hurdles I was struggling to overcome. Tim has seen it all in the world of physical and mental performance and his experience partnered with empathy make him a truly phenomenal coach and support. And like others have said, Tim started as a professional resource, but now I consider him a friend. Thank you so much Tim!” – Jeff T.
