Services

MindBody Ops provides education, coaching, and guidance in a number of different areas. We believe that in many cases, the classification of different areas of specialty can be somewhat illusory, because seemingly unrelated issues are frequently rooted in the same deeper issues of “humanness.” Therefore, they frequently have common solutions and paths to resolution , as well. Additionally, certain individual needs might lie outside of the stated areas of specialty, yet those needs might still be addressed and met by the tools, techniques, and concepts offered here. That is the point of the MindBody Ops model; to address everything both directly and at it’s root source.

That said, our emphasis is always on the key components of awareness, empowerment, performance, integration, and transformation. But for simplicity, we list our “services” in five broad categories, understanding that there might be overlap between the listed categories as well as all other categories.

Personal Growth & Development

Personal Growth & Development

In short, personal development is a desire to become a better version of yourself. Your specifc goals might determine what you call this work; life coaching, transformational coaching, mindset coaching, spirital guidance, etc; but the underlying principles are primarily the same. Whether you want to be more successful in your career, contribute to the world in a meaningful way, become a better partner/parent, or develop a spiritual path, understanding the mechanisms underlying how our mind works, and learning how those mechanisms influence how we think, feel, act, and behave, gives us more clarity as we move forward and provides us the best opportunity for success in achieving our goals.
Health and Wellness

Health and Wellness

An individual’s health and wellness serve as the foundational bedrock for the rest of their lives. It profoundly influences how we think, feel, access and process information, and experience the world around us. We are not two systems, mind and body, but one integrated and holistic system; and building capacity that is adaptible and resilient improves all aspects of our lives. Therefore, we take a very holistic and integrative approach. We don’t just help you come up with action steps, we challenge the assumptions that are being used as well, because the best action to take needs to be illuminated by an enhanced perspective.
Sports & Performance Psychology

Sports & Performance Psychology

Sports and Performance enhancement rely upon both physical and psychological factors. While MindBody Ops can assist you in sorting out the physical aspects of performance, its primary focus is on identifying and eliminating those mental and emotional blocks that prevent you from competing at the level of your true capacity. So one’s performance is a function of two variables: creating high levels of capacity, and reducing any tension or resistance that prevents full access to that capacity. Pain / Neuro-reprocessing

Pain / Neuro-reprocessing

Science has made revolutionary advancements in our understanding of chronic pain. Knowing how and why the brain and nervous system generate pain gives us hope; not just to manage chronic pain better, but to potntially eliiminate it. The MindBody Ops approach to reducing or elminating pain applies the knowledge of current neuroscience with the principles of neuroplasticty; all with the understanding that we are complex biopsychosocial beings with many variables affecting our lives.
Cancer & Progressive Disease Support

Cancer & Progressive Disease Support

Diseases like cancer can cause physical, mental, and emotional turmoil. While most hospitals and organizations offer support services with licensed social workers, sometimes what you need is the perspective and support of someone who has lived through the exprience, and has an intimate understanding of the terrain. MindBody Ops owner, Tim Sinnett, was diagnosed with a rare, incurable cancer in 2015. After receiving positive feedback for the blog he wrote during his cancer journey, which detailed his own inner and outer mental landscape through his cancer process, he created The Life Between, which is designed to assist others who are going through the similar circumstances.
